Please register for the symposium and dinner in advance. 

Education seminar - Free

Dinner: $35 per person / $25 for survivors (plus processing fees)

Menu :

• Starter - Organic Green Salad
• Entree (choose one)

1. Seared Local Chicken: truffle whipped potatoes, roasted forest mushrooms, thyme jus
2. Roast Pork Loin: honey roasted apples, whipped Yukon potatoes, ginger glaze carrots
3. Stuffed Portobello Mushroom: spaghetti squash, zucchini, herb salad, roasted tomato sauce

• Dessert - New York cheesecake, seasonal berries
